Even though I do mostly dog paintings I love to paint wildlife. I had a lot of fun creating this piece. In order to get the right texture on the rocks I ended up using Saran wrap.

About This Painting: We wanted to paint a huge painting to be the center piece of our art display at Paddywack Pet Store over the holidays. We came up with this bright pop painting that really got a lot of attention at the show. This adorable pup would be the perfect addition to a room that needs an infusion of color and happiness.

About This Painting: This painting was a commission request from a client who is a King Arthur fan. He wanted his dog painted like the spirit of Arthur's dog Cabal with a hint of Glastonbury Abbey in the background and a vision of the Holy Grail in the sky. It was a very enjoyable challenge.

About This Painting: This is one of the many painting commissions we did before Christmas. Remington the Dalmatian passed away while I was painting this portrait. Considering the circumstances, it now has extra special meaning for his owner.
