Wet Paint - Pop Pug Painting by Tanya Amberson
About This Painting: We wanted to paint a huge painting to be the center piece of our art display at Paddywack Pet Store over the holidays. We came up with this bright pop painting that really got a lot of attention at the show. This adorable pup would be the perfect addition to a room that needs an infusion of color and happiness.

Tuscany Rooster - Folk Art Chicken with Sunflowers and Grapes
"Tuscany Rooster"
Our licensing agent sent out a call for art for a company that makes kitchen accessories. It was short notice but the subject matter that they were looking for appealed to me so I went for it. This delightfully colorful piece is the result. I added a fun border around the edges of the painting (see image below) incase a collector may want to leave it unframed.

Blue View - Urban Cityscape Skyscraper Plane Amberson Art
"Blue View" - An Artists Perspective
I love working with a simple palette and I love the color blue. This painting fulfilled both of those loves. The perspective also intrigued me because I'm profoundly afraid of heights. I won't fly in a plane and I am very uncomfortable in high places. I guess the subject matter was a tantalizing mixture of sweet and sour for me as an artist. ~ Tanya
This acrylic painting is on gallery wrapped 6"x6" canvas. The sides have been painted so it can be displayed with or without a frame. I've applied a semi gloss varnish that gives the painting a lustrous finish as well as extra protection.

"Peace, Joy and Love" - Christmas Puppy Dogs Amberson
About This Painting: I had to set this painting aside unfinished before the holidays because of Christmas commission orders. I decided to pick it up again and I'm so pleased that I finished these three little puppy pals.

Ice Skating at Dusk - Snowy Winter Landscape
A festive winter painting depicting a family enjoying a late afternoon skate on their frozen pond. I would imagine that they will finish the day off sitting by the fireplace with steaming mugs of hot coco.
